Established in 2014

In early life introduction to ISO 9001 systems open an window in understanding process and processing information.
Being an ISO 9001 consultant for the industry since 2007 has always been the passion in interacting with people, training and creating successful individuals in their day to day work.
After the big jump from Europe to USA, experience has brought to work with many leaders in the food industry from ground up "again", by giving more tools to the tool box.
In 2014 moved out from production and the factory life to be stepping in the lifelong passion of consulting and building more food safety practitioners.
Since then all has been blessed!

Klodian Dauti
Consultant / Lead Auditor

Klodian Dauti has been working in the food industry for over 15 years in different hierarchy levels and production companies, bringing experience in food safety, management and technology. Klodian Dauti is also a registered SQF Lead Auditor since April 2014, working as a subcontractor with different certification bodies. He has audit over 300 quality systems, HACCP, and food safety sites covering meat processing, fish processing, dairy, fruits and vegetables processing, pasteurization, canning, oil refineries, ingredients, grains and cereal processing, low acid foods processing, confectionaries, preserved foods, warehouses/distribution centers and catering.
Klodian is a graduate in Food Science and maintains certifications for being a Quality Manager/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001-2000, RAB/QSA Lead Auditor for SQF – High Risk, ISO/FSSC 22000-2005, HACCP certifications and Lean Six Sigma.
Klodian has contributed in building and maintaining several quality managements systems and food safety systems for the food industry, where most of the strength comes in gathering, trending and analyzing information, which helps in building proper Food Safety Management Systems customizable to that particular company.
